Phase 1: The Deep World of Japanese Sake: Our journey begins at Shimbashi Station. We will walk to a specialized sake tasting place that features brews from Nara Prefecture, the historical birthplace of Japanese sake. While only a few famous brands are known overseas, Japan has over 1,400 breweries! Here, you will enjoy a 30-minute unlimited tasting session with over 20 different types of sake. Your local guide will explain the distinct flavor profiles—sweet, dry, rich, and crisp—helping you discover your personal favorite. (Juice is provided for children and non-drinkers).
Phase 2: Unlimited A5 Wagyu VIP Experience: After warming up with excellent sake, we will guide you to a hidden, high-end steakhouse nestled in a Ginza high-rise. Sit back and relax at the luxurious counter seats as a master chef prepares your multi-course meal right in front of your eyes. Following seasonal appetizers and soup, the main event begins: a mouth-watering A5 black Wagyu steak. The best part? It is completely all-you-can-eat! You can request unlimited free refills of different cuts, learning about Japanese way of eating wagyu beef and meat characteristics from your guide. Phase 3: Neon Lights & Historic Small Sweets: With your stomach full of world-class beef, enjoy a refreshing guided stroll through the beautiful, neon-lit streets of Ginza. To end the perfect night, we will visit a renowned, 100-year-old classic Japanese pastry shop. You will receive a delicious dessert gift to enjoy as a light post-dinner treat or midnight snack.
