• Pickup is not available from Airports, Ports and stations please check before adding pickup address.
• On weekends and flowers season traffic gets worse on highway so early start is recommended.
• Pickup is possible only Tokyo's 23 wards. Other than 23 wards of Tokyo 10000yen extra charge for pickup.
• Before activity starting the customers wait 10 minutes in hotel lobby and drivers wait 60 minutes in case of late Driver will Come Back.
• Sometimes Drivers could be late upto 30 minutes due to traffic conditions on highways. Going to Hakone Ropeway is dependents on weather conditions it might be close in rain or bad weather.
• If customer wants to drop off rather then pickup location it cost separately.
• Tour duration is 9 to 10 Hours from pickup to drop off even customer demands to drop off any other location then that time will also be included in tour duration.
• Please cooperate with the driver/guide.
• 6000 yen will be charged extra per hour.
