• This transfer service is only available for properties around Yokohama city area
• For waiting time exceeding 90-minute (for airport arrivals), a fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged
• For waiting time exceeding 30-minute (for departures from your accommodation), a fee of 30 USD per every hour will be charged
• Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers. Please note: If you need a Child Seat, there will be an extra fee. Please contact us in advance to request and pay the extra fee. 1* baby/child seat will occupy 1.5 seat
