Important Information
- If it rains on the day of the tour, the tour may be cancelled at short notice (Full refund will be given).
If you do not arrive at the meeting point within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and we have not heard from you, we will contact you by email and phone. If there is still no response 30 minutes after the scheduled meeting time, the tour will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
We conduct an alcohol test upon arrival. Anyone who tests positive cannot ride the e-scooter. In that case, the guest may either meet the group later at Tokyo Tower or cancel the tour (non-refundable).
