Learn to create the most famous glass craftwork in Japan during this Edo Kiriko glass carving class in Tokyo. Edo Kiriko is a Japanese traditional glass carving craft with over 180 years of history. Learn alongside a lecturer and make an original glass to take home.
During your Edo Kiriko glass cutting class, you’ll be able to select your favorite design from more than 20 kinds of glasses and dozens of pattern samples. The course includes 6 types of clear and colored glasses. The colored ones are blue, pink, and yellow.
With a lecturer by your side, you’ll learn how to cut the glasses using the traditional techniques of the craft. You can choose from the beginner level to the expert level, all of which are beginner-friendly.
