Before you begin the tour, opt to dress up in a costume of your favorite character. Once you're ready, set off into the bustling capital, following your guide through the vibrant streets.

- All drivers are required to get a hardcopy paper booklet of your 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by the Official agency in your country (AAA, AA, CAA, ATCUAE, et al.)
- For driving licenses issued from France, Switzerland, Taiwan, Germany, Monaco, and Belgium, you need a Japanese translation of your local license. You can obtain the physical copy from JAF office (Japan Automobile Federation)
- The 1968 Vienna Convention, IDA, and IAA issued permits are not recognized by Japan.
- Online copy, Xerox copy, and CARD LICENSES ARE NOT VALID.
* Driving permits from Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Kuwait, Qatar, and some countries are not permitted to drive in Japan, please check if your country issues the 1949 Geneva Convention Permits
