Then, head to the modern and stylish Patia Kitchen studios, conveniently located in central Tokyo, to make gyoza from scratch. These spacious, fully equipped kitchens provide a comfortable atmosphere. Make gyoza wrappers and filling from scratch using fresh ingredients. Fold and cook both handmade and store-bought wrappers, and compare the difference in taste and texture. Learn folding techniques and the secret to making juicy gyoza filling. Cook pan-fried (yaki-gyoza) and learn how to prepare soup and a side dish to enjoy with your gyoza. Enjoy your gyoza with several different dipping sauces.
