Join a unique miniature food workshop held in a room of the famous Okuno Building in Ginza, a beloved retro landmark and hidden cultural gem. This historic building features Japan’s first elevator, a signature dual staircase, and several art galleries. As part of the experience, enjoy a short mini-tour of the building before starting your creative session. Be guided by a certified miniature food instructor and begin with a short lecture about the art of miniature objects. Then, create a traditional Japanese meal in miniature form, including onigiri (rice ball), grilled salmon, strawberry, boiled egg, miso soup, green tea, pickles, and chopsticks. After making each item, beautifully arrange them on a small plate and set your finished work inside an acrylic display case, treating it like a piece of art.
