In Japan, inkan (seal stamps) are still widely used in both business and daily life, and they remain an important part of Japanese culture. In this experience, you will create a one-of-a-kind custom seal featuring your name written in Kanji or Hiragana. If you choose Kanji, our staff will help you select beautiful and auspicious characters based on the meaning and sound of your name. This seal makes a meaningful and practical souvenir that lets you take home a piece of traditional Japanese culture. You will also have the opportunity to personalize a pouch or tote bag with your name written in Kanji or Hiragana. If you choose the Kanji seal, you can select one of the following four designs for your bag: Mt. Fuji / Pine Tree / Floral Leaf (Kiri-mon) / Maiko Girl. Please note: Creating the Kanji seal requires time, so we kindly ask that you provide your name and your chosen design (from the four listed above) in advance. • Please specify your preferred design when ordering. Allow for production time as each stamp is custom-made. If there are many people, it will take time. It takes 40 minutes per person. Please be sure to choose the 4 types of seals and pouch color in advance. While waiting, you can design a postcard with calligraphy art.
