Important Information

• We will send a confirmation email 2 days before your service to double-check your pick-up date, time, and location. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp the night before or on the day of your service. We do not provide driver details in advance as it may change. For Round-Trip bookings: Complimentary Meet & Greet is included. The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a name sign (90 minutes free waiting time from flight landing). For one-way bookings: Meet & Greet is an optional paid add-on. If not selected, we will provide a detailed pick-up location map. For City or Hotel Pick-Up: The driver will wait at your hotel or pick-up point for up to 15 minutes at the scheduled time. Luggage Capacity: Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. For extra luggage or oversized items, please book additional seats or notify us in advance.
