• Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day. English translation will be provided as much as possible, if you would like to add it please contact us. We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays. Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day.) If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged. Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue. Please contact us if you would like to reserve the property.
