It is an amazing experience to see your metabolism rapidly increase with fermented rice bran. Skin became very smooth and soft, and afterwards, the marathon-like effect triggered sweating. Thank 🙇 You can also breathe hydrogen in the relaxation room after the treatment.

This was my first time experiencing an enzyme bath, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy and relaxing it felt. Throughout the session, they thoughtfully offered drinking water when I felt thirsty and replaced the cold towels regularly, which I really appreciated. Suda-san, who took care of me, was kind and attentive the entire time, making it easy for me to enjoy the experience even as a foreign visitor.

First time trying an enzyme bath and it was a great experience! The staff were very friendly, and explained the process flow very clearly and easy to understand. The bath itself was amazing — you’re buried in warm rice bran that feels like soft, fine hot sand. Only 10 minutes in the “bath”, yet surprisingly intense — sauna-like sweating and warmth that reaches deep inside. Super relaxing and great for circulation, body stiffness, and skin care. The three locations are a bit out of my usual area, but they’re all conveniently located near stations in central Tokyo. They offer a discounted first-time price for Tokyo residents and often have promotions. Highly recommend trying it once!

I regularly visit here for the enzyme bath, and it’s always a great experience. The enzyme bath itself is excellent, and although the spa is a bit compact, it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff are kind, friendly, and accommodating, which makes the visit comfortable and relaxing. The only downside is the reservation process, it can be difficult to book your preferred time since it’s often fully booked.
