Very relaxing treatment. Includes pre and post microscopic analysis of scalp and pictures sent to you when treatment is completed. The spa is located in Ginza in the middle of all the shopping. My specialist was very throrough and I enjoyed the massages so much. My scalp was left very clean. The products used seem gentle and have no strong fragrance. Blow dry included after treatment. Translation services is also used during treatment so language barrier is not of a big issue. I got a very good hot tea after treatment. Products available for purchase. I included before and after pictures. I would highly recommend as a treat on a busy trip!
Located right in the heart of Ginza, the salon feels like a peaceful retreat away from the busy city streets. My therapist, Minori, was incredibly professional, welcoming and meticulous throughout the entire session. The initial scalp analysis was fascinating and the head massage was deeply relaxing. Even with a slight language barrier, she went out of her way to make sure every step was comfortable and clearly explained. If you’re looking for premium scalp care and proper relaxation in Tokyo, ask for Minori. Highly recommend!
What an incredible experience! Not only did I learn so much about my hair quality and scalp health, but the treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. It was such a calming and luxurious experience. A special thank you to the lovely lady who looked after me — she was so kind, sweet, and made the whole visit even more wonderful. I would highly recommend this head spa to anyone looking for a relaxing treat and a better understanding of their hair and scalp.
Had a really wonderful experience here! I felt so so relaxed and the improvement of my scalp before and after the treatment was crazy! My therapist was lovely and explained every step really carefully! Only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 was because my hair was incredibly greasy after the process, which meant I had to go back and wash it before heading out again. I did try to explain this and asked why it was so greasy but we were communicating via google translate and I think something was lost in translation. But would recommend and return!
I love every minute of it! the therapist was sooo friendly and she did her job so good i think i never felt more comfortable!! unfortunately before the treatment my scalp was not in a good condition but after the treatment, just wow it was so clean and healthy it’s honestly amazing!! i only can recommend it to everyone!!!
