Local tip
Consider scheduling a visit during weekday mornings for a quieter experience.

Located in Tokyo's Minato City, DIGIST LABO Gaienmae Dry Head Spa 3.0 offers a unique way to unwind and recharge through its dry head spa services. Unlike traditional spas, this venue specializes in an entirely water-free approach, emphasizing relaxation and stress relief techniques meticulously conducted by hand. It aims to alleviate digital and neurological stress, particularly common among those who spend extensive time on computers and smartphones.

The spa employs a combination of manual techniques and coherence breathing exercises, targeting areas from the scalp down through the shoulders and back to restore circulation and promote relaxation. A highlight of its offerings is the synthesis of pressure point therapy and lymphatic stimulation, designed to tackle symptoms such as eye strain, decreased concentration, muscle tension, and poor circulation.

For those seeking a complete recovery experience, the spa also includes a custom-designed nap room. This space is optimized for napping with adjustable lighting, calming scents, and sound environments tailored to enhance relaxation. Here, visitors can participate in the 'Power Nap PLUS' program, a specialized 26-minute nap supported by innovative sleeping aids, which is particularly beneficial for those struggling with sleep quality due to physical or digital fatigue.

Catering to busy professionals, the spa conveniently offers a range of session lengths so visitors can select treatments that fit their schedules. Before each session, guests can enjoy a choice of therapeutic teas, and are encouraged to dress comfortably with provided T-shirts and amenities if needed. This establishment also considers the needs of parents with its family-friendly options.

My friend booked a head spa power nap course for me, and I received the treatment. From the moment I entered the shop, calming music was playing, and I was soothed by the quiet atmosphere. The massage, which stimulated my pressure points, made me even more relaxed, and before I knew it, I had fallen asleep. I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm in the area.

A real hit after a long time! While waiting for an event, I spotted the ultimate dry head spa and made a reservation. Stepping inside, the light, the scent, everything created a relaxing and healing space! I could choose a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The explanation of the treatment and the consultation, and the fact that they have a blood and lymph specialist as an advisor for a dry head spa—I've never heard of anything like it! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a koala bed. The slow, gentle pressure on the pressure points felt so good that I fell asleep immediately, and the 60 minutes flew by. I felt so much better, and thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the event! I'll definitely come again! Thank you very much. The head spa and massage were wonderful!

The head and neck massage was amazing, especially after a long tiring week in Tokyo. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The environment is very peaceful, with soft lighting and gentle music. and the doorbell even sounds like a bird song. We feel so good after our 60 min massage. The option to add a na after was a nice touch as well :)
