I came across this place through social media, and since my hostel was nearby, I decided to give it a try. Please note that a reservation is required, but it’s easy to make through their online form. It doesn’t have to be weeks in advance, but I’d recommend booking at least a day ahead. As for the bath itself, I’ve never experienced anything like it before. My whole body completely relaxed, almost like being wrapped in a warm blanket. I instantly felt calm and the feeling lasted for hours afterwards as well. Honestly, it had an better effect than a regular sauna. The hosts were also very friendly throughout the entire experience. I’d definitely love to come back again in the future.
I went to the enzyme bath for the first time today. The explanation before entering was thorough and reassuring. I was surprised that my body warmed from the inside out and remained warm for a while after the bath. I sweated a lot and felt refreshed, and my skin felt moisturized. The inside of the bath was clean and had a calming atmosphere, so I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. I'd like to go again when I feel tired.
you could make reservations via email if you’re not local. the staff made everything comfortable and relaxing! it was our first time doing a fermented hot bath, would visit again! :)
