We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards. The beds were very comfortable, and the view of Tokyo Bay made every morning special. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The location is excellent—quiet, yet very convenient. It's just a short walk to the train station, with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Odaiba is a fantastic area with great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful waterfront views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Tokyo, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was beautiful and very clean. Spacious entrance and polite staff. They provided us with umbrellas and held our luggage for us before our flight. This saved us. Bathroom amenities were a nice surprise. (Dental kits, bath salts, skin care, combs, shaving kits, headbands, and disposable face towels) Great location, close to the train station and a mall! We went a couple times because it was so convenient and helped since we did not pack right for Japan’s weather. The breakfast looked good, but as a vegan, it was just okay. Matcha latte and cappuccinos were out of the question since their system is set up with cow’s milk. They did have soy milk to add to coffee though. The food we were able to have did the job, but was not amazing. Which is okay, because you have to save room for all of Tokyo’s amazing restaurants!! One other downside was the pool and gym are not included with your stay. You have to pay for them per day. Children under 16 are not allowed in these areas whatsoever. Which is nice for people wanting to relax but not family friendly.

We had a family holiday stay at the hotel. After various other locations in Tokyo, we wanted to get more space in daiba. The hotel is specious and while aging it does so gracefully and offers great experience. The waterfront views from our rooms were great. The room size was good and it was very comfortable. The service was good and everything we asked for was quickly accommodated. The gym (extra pay) was clean and workable. The location is next to multiple malls with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Plus easy train access (also tried the water bus which was great) allows easy exploration of Tokyo. We loved our stay at the Grand Nikko

Beautiful calm hotel with well sized rooms for Tokyo at a reasonable price. Very convenient for the Yurikamome line and visiting Team Lab planets. Fantastic view from the hotel, from our room we could see, Tokyo Bay, the rainbow bridge, Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree. The Yurikamome line also offered great views and we enjoyed our trips on the line both day and night. This is great place to stay if you are travelling with children and want easy access to the malls of Odaiba. There is small and lovely park for running and jogging a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The concierge staff were exceptionally professional and helpful and managed to help us get a booking at Ameizake Ameshin in Asakusa to learn the ancient craft of Japanese candy sculpting.
