I would highly recommend this hotel✨ The sleeping robe was so cute that I asked the reception if I could buy a new one. The lovely lady at the front desk surprised me by giving me a set of robes and towels and said I could take them with me at no extra charge. This really made my day — thank you so much! 🥹💕 I actually looked through quite a few hotels in this area before booking with my friend, and I think this hotel offers the best value for the price. Thanks again! I would also recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 🥰

From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong smell like someone's sweat, which was very unpleasant. I consulted the staff about the smell, but unfortunately, they didn't do anything about it. The staff were kind, but I felt they weren't very proficient in Japanese. There were many foreign staff members, and it seemed difficult to communicate detailed requests and inquiries. On the other hand, the location was very convenient, being close to Mita Station. It would be a good choice for those who prioritize location, but I hope they will improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the service.
