Absolutely perfect hotel for a few days in Shinjuku area. Nice rooms, clean and reasonable size for Tokyo centre. Worth the money. Excellent staff amd facilities. Location was 100%. Central but also quiet at night. And having a Lawson 2 doors away, perfect. Walking distance to everywhere.
We really enjoyed the rooms. Love the 3 person bed option that is a real bed and not just a fold out cot. Our family really enjoyed having our own separate beds. The bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the separated shower and toilet rooms. Air con works so well especially during the super hot summer. Location is right by the Shinjuku stations which helped us move around the area freely. Good food options nearby. And we could reach a lot more places within a 10 minute walk.
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very responsive to every request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also very convenient, with ice machines, microwaves, washing machines available on several floors, and water dispensers on every floor. The toiletries provided in the room were of excellent quality (Pola brand), which was a nice touch. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find something to eat or pick up anything you might need. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add more storage space in the rooms. There is a wardrobe, but it only has a hanging rail and no shelves, which makes it less practical for longer stays. Despite this minor point, we would be delighted to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Tokyo.
Great hotel. Travelled here with my mom. Great service, were nice during check in and out and were great help with sending my luggage. The rooms were spacious enough for both of us and the beds were really comfortable. I loved the bath especially after a long day. The location was incredible too, only about 2 minutes by foot to the Shinjuku station entrance. Loved it!
We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was easy to find and very close to the JR train station and many shops and restaurants. The check in was very easy. The room, while compact, is very well laid out and clean. The AC works great and the amenities are very nice. This hotel also had the most comfortable mattress of all the places we visited this trip. The staff is helpful and Kiran was especially kind and helpful during the checkout process. Overall I would stay here again.
