Great location and super clean rooms. Very convenient for families, especially ones with young kids. The location is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, so the experience was quiet and relaxing. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East was the perfect home away from home for our family’s first trip to Tokyo. It was a lovely place to come home to each day after the million steps we took roaming around the city. The room was just right for our family of five. Our children loved the bunk beds and we appreciated the little things like the number of hangers, microwave, skin care packets, paper razor, slippers, and more, that made everything easier. The staff and service was wonderful as well. Our room was kept clean the whole time we were there. Checking in and out, and arranging for luggage delivery was hassle-free. They were all very friendly and very easy to talk to. The location was great as well, with convenience stores and train stations just a few minutes away. We loved our stay in Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East. 😊
We stumbled across this brand while having difficulty finding hotel room that can fit a family (2 adults/2kids). This place is located close to Tsukiji Fish market/shopping district. We had the loft beds that worked out perfectly. It was spacious/clean. There is also a laundry room that is pay-as-go. 4 washers/4 dryers that is cashless at the time of this posting. Detergent comes with the cycle. Capacity is a bit smaller if you are accustomed to larger foreign capacity. Staff is friendly and very helpful with answering questions. We also used their luggage same-day luggage delivery service that was helpful. Delivery is priced per unit and early reservation is highly recommended. Luggage should be in the lobby before 09:00 for 21:00 same-day delivery. We would highly recommend this place for traveling family of 4+ people. Just a suggestion would be a cold water refilling station. If it was there, and I couldn’t find it then this place is perfect for us.
Great for families! Room set up worked well for our family of 5 and all our belongings. We were able to hire a stroller at reception easily. Location easy to walk to Ginza main area + subways etc. Felt very safe and area relatively quiet. The dryer was the only thing, if anything, to mention as we had difficulty getting our clothes dry even after 90mins in dryer.
Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great walking distance to excellent quality shops and cafes close enough to Tokyo station to walk. Staff were very welcoming. Property felt safe was extremely clean. Room service for making beds was a nice touch. Highly recommend to be out of the busy areas. We had heard that a lot of accommodation was small but these apartments are very spacious. Bunkbeds for the kids with full size
