I wanted to recognize Tomo for the excellent service she provided during my stay. On very short notice, she helped me secure a last-minute dinner reservation, going out of her way to find a great option that turned out to be a wonderful meal. Her responsiveness, warmth, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference to my evening and my overall stay. It’s this kind of attentive, can-do service that sets Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Tokyo PREMIER apart. Thank you, Tomo!

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The staff are amazing; nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and luxe. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The shower is powerful and roomy. Location is fantastic - a short walk to train stations, Tokyo Tower and convenience stores and restaurants. An amazing coffee shop is right across the road. The staff handled our luggage forwarding to Kyoto seamlessly and assisted us with the return of our lost car key we accidentally left behind. We can't wait to come and stay again and will most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms are clean and neat, but could use a little more space for baggage. We are international travelers and have 2 bags each 2 carry on luggage which makes the room feel cramped. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. The hotel is located close to Tokyo tower and lots of restaurants and bars.

We really loved the hotel’s location — it’s within walking distance of Midtown, Roppongi Hills, and Azabudai Hills, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. The staff provided truly excellent service, which we greatly appreciated. They kindly received a package for me and placed it in our room before check-in. The front desk staff also helped us call a spa and communicate about our reservation in Japanese, which was incredibly helpful. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that we’ve stayed at three different Mitsui Garden Hotels during our trips to Tokyo, and this hotel had the smallest room among them.

Choose to stay here towards the end of my trip. Had previously stayed at the Candeo hotel Roppongi and the Okura Hotel. Stayed 6 nights. About 8-10 min walk to Roppongi station, and there's a good-sized don quiote, 7-11, and family mart. Rooms are large and its fairly quiet. The gym is rather basic but worked for my trip. They have luggage delivery to the airport so that was convenient. They also have full sized baths which is a necessary.
