I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. One of the first things I noticed was how well the room temperature was controlled—it remained comfortable throughout our stay, and the air conditioning was incredibly quiet with no sudden noise when it adjusted. The staff were outstanding. Every request was handled promptly, and whenever we asked for room service or extra amenities, they arrived within minutes. The service was consistently warm, efficient, and professional. The location is excellent, right at Shiodome Station, making it easy to get almost anywhere in Tokyo. We stayed two nights in a Standard Room and then upgraded to the Executive Floor for another two nights. The Executive Lounge was definitely a highlight of our trip and well worth the upgrade. Our room on the 38th floor was exceptional, with spacious, comfortable beds and crisp, high-quality linens that made for a wonderful night’s sleep. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was easily one of the best-maintained properties I’ve ever experienced. Overall, it was a true five-star experience, and I would happily stay here again
I had a pleasant stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. But without breakfast coupons they wont letting you in to the breakfast. Since the hotel lobby and guest rooms start from the 24th floor, the higher floors provide beautiful panoramic views of Tokyo, especially at night when the city lights are stunning. The only drawbacks were that the rooms felt a bit compact, making it difficult to fully open large luggage, and despite being on a high floor, I could still hear train and tram noise at night, which affected my sleep. Overall, it’s a great hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and fantastic views. If you don’t mind slightly smaller rooms and some nighttime noise, it’s a great choice for staying in Tokyo.
Great location, right next to shiodome station. We had a room with Tokyo tower view and the view was absolutely amazing - not only the tower but also a direct look on the train tracks making the tv basically obsolete. The hotel itself offers great service, the lounge had a variety of snacks and drinks - besides the great daily breakfast. The rooms were relatively big for Tokyo standards, while still somewhat small - but that's expected.
A beautiful hotel right by a train station is one of the best things a traveler can find in Japan, let alone Tokyo. There's lots of restaurant in the plaza at floor level, in addition to the Family Mart and Watts on B1. Watts is a great place to pick up anything you might have forgetten to pack and/or inexpensive souvenirs. This hotel is pricier for our budget, but not only is it convenient, it has wonderful and welcoming staff and we had a great view of Tokyo Tower. Whenever we had moments of down time in the hotel, I felt like a cat staring out the window watching the various trains pass by (local and shinkansen), locals and travelers walk the streets of Shiodome, the skyline, and, of course, Tokyo Tower. Before arriving to The Royal Park Hotel, I realized I had left my earbuds in one of our Kyoto hotel rooms. I coordinated with the Kyoto hotel staff to send my earbuds to The Royal Park Hotel. Upon check in, they were aware that we were expecting a package and a check-in luggage we had forwarded. We successfully received both the luggage and my earbuds. The customer service provided by The Royal Park Hotel exemplifies the exemplary customer service in Japan. To that, the staff always welcomes you whenever you walk in and out. They also have a scale available to use, which was super convenient as they were our last hotel of our trip before flying back home. Thank you, The Royal Park Hotel, for your amazing staff and beautiful view of Tokyo. Staying here was a wonderful way to bookend our trip.
We booked a double room with Tokyo Tower view with executive lounge access and it was totally worth it. The hotel is located in a quiet business area, there is not much of a neighbourhood feel but it is right next to a very well connected metro station. The hotel is located on the 25th floor and up. The room was a bit dated and on the small size (like most room in Tokyo) but the bed was big and comfortable. The view of the city and Tokyo Tower was amazing and we even saw Mount Fuji on one of the clearest day. Another great point was the access to the executive lounge which was a nice place to relax with nice views of the Tokyo bay. The staff was particularly nice and so helpful.
