Kick off your journey with a relaxing sightseeing cruise aboard the famous Hakone Pirate Ship. Sail across Lake Ashi while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. On clear days, catch a glimpse of majestic Mt. Fuji! Next, head to the Mt. Fuji Ramen Factory where you'll roll up your sleeves and make ramen from scratch. Knead, roll out, and cut your noodles before quickly boiling and draining (yu-giri in Japanese), and make a delicious soup base of your choice before topping with classics like marinated egg, green onions, and more. Visit the historic Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, founded in 705 AD. Climb the 398 steps (or take the sloping path) to the observation deck, where you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and the five-story Chureito Pagoda—a truly postcard-perfect scene. Explore the peaceful village of Oshino Hakkai, home to eight crystal-clear ponds fed by Mt. Fuji’s melted snow. Wander through charming streets filled with local vendors offering fresh fruit, handmade sweets, souvenirs, and even local wine.
