Great British pub style boozer. Good craft beers and ciders at reasonable prices. Authentic atmosphere and good live music.
In short , This bar gained me good experience. Unfortunately , there was no food too much cuz I went there late after I went to english cafe in order to study english with my friend. However, They provided me with good time and good drinks. All staff were very kind to me, even though I spoke terrible english. So ,I would like to try British food in this bar in near future. I'm really curious about haggis. And I will make sure to improve my English skills then get along with staff and customers. 下手な英語でごめんなさい🙏 I went to the Warrior Celt yesterday. I finally tried British food. I have wanted to try haggis. I was surprised from haggis. Haggis is quite delicious food and go well with beer. I thought that I will make sure to come again. The staffs here are very nice , eventhough they are very busy. They always put effort into customer service.
I’m a home pastry baker, and I’ve learned some classic recipes from local friends. I also like to try restaurant versions for comparison. But their pies were a bit disappointing… who puts carrots in a Cornish pasty? I didn’t notice any signs about indoor smoking rules, a minimum order, or a time limit. My friend and I ordered food and drinks, and after we finished, we asked for some water because the pies were a bit dry. Then they started handing us the menus again, basically pushing us to order more — or leave. It’s a pity, because the band played well and the vibe was good. But I wouldn’t go back — or recommend it to my friends.
Best time I had in a while. Went in on a Thursday for a few but ended going there every night until I left. Great food, great drinks, friendly staff and amazing people. Michelle, Indi, Matt, Alex and Josephina were amazing. The owners Andy and Miwa were great ! Will definitely be the first bar to hit when o go back.
