Natsumi and Ayumi were very sweet, helpful, and kind as they provided our spa services with the utmost care. This was our first ever spa experience outside of the USA, and they have set the bar incredibly high. If you’re looking to get an amazing massage, I definitely recommend this place. The hotel it lives in is beautiful, too.
It was excellent. The ambiance was very relaxing. My therapist Ayako-san was very warm, soft spoken, and actively listen to my needs. She adjust to to make sure I was really comfortable. It was a great experience, and highly recommended.

I’ve come here 2 x already and had a wonderful experience. It’s definitely becoming my indulging treat for when I need a relaxation and to help me with stress and stiffness. The staff is lovely and attentive and the experience feels very personal and intentional.
Amazing massage haven’t felt this good in a while - I travel the world and the one thing I love to experience is the massage 10/10
