A hidden bar under a busy station that has great highball that will surprise you. If you want a drink and some “otsumami” nibbles, this highball bar has everything you need. The highball is the best you can expect from a bar next to train tracks. Loved the ice cubes. Many types of highball to choose from. I love the “refill” service for the highball of the day. (Ask the staff as it’s not for all drinks) If you’re a highball lover (like me!) it’s SO worth coming to the station 1hour (or 2!) before your train to catch a glass of highball here. It’s a cozy bar and not much space for large suitcases. I think they only have high chairs so not kid friendly if your child is small and can fall off the chairs. They have food for all. Vegetarian, carnivore, low carb, whatever diet you’re on, there’s something for you to nibble. Staff are cool bar tenders with style:)
Tonkatsu with curry sauce is a to die for menu. Vibe is nice. Portion of pork is huge covering rice. There is an electric outlet for charging mobile phone.
