We had a wonderful evening at this cosy little retro themed bar, Jose was very friendly and chatted with us and found the original super Mario game for me to play even though it took him a while to sort through all the versions! I had such a blast from the past playing and I told Jose that I had trouble finding this game in Akhibara so he very kindly wrote down what I needed to say to the storekeepers so that they understood what I was looking for - Famicom super Mario originaru onegaishemas, and it worked! I’m now the proud owner of the game and the original console and after playing the game for 3 days straight I can reach level 4 of World 6 😊 Thank you Jose 🙏
Update (February 2026): I came here twice during my Asia trip. I always come here when visiting Tokyo since 2019 (I was here in 2019 and 2023). The man working here in 2023 recognized me 3 years later. Prices are the same as when I was last here 3 years ago. Original (January 2023): I am so happy this place is still open! I came here four years ago originally. 500 yen to play games. 800 yen for a cocktail with popcorn. I like the minimal number of tourists here. It's one of Tokyo's best kept secrets. I almost prefer it as a hidden gem. Cocktails are Mario themed. A lot of Nintendo gear here. Bartender is very very friendly. 5/5.
