Best ramen I’ve ever had in Tokyo! Definitely unforgettable. Broth was perfect! Finished every sip. The chasu meat was the right texture. I don’t like those overly cooked soft think slices. This was the perfect touch. You’ll be doubtful at first, but don’t judge the book by its cover. It’s definitely worth the standing in line in the heated sun ramen in Tokyo!

Definitely worth the 40-minute wait. The broth is light, non-greasy, and deeply flavorful without being overly salty. The noodles are perfectly bouncy and incredibly satisfying to slurp 😋. I’d recommend adding extra meat if you’re hungry. The pork has beautiful layers of fat that give the bowl a rich and delicate finish 🍖.
