New Sushi Gem Near Roppongi Station! Amazing Omakase & Great Value✨ An absolute gem of a sushi spot near Roppongi Station! I visited for lunch on Saturday and ordered the Omakase course. Even though it’s a relatively new restaurant, the quality is top-notch. The chef sources peak-season ingredients directly from fishermen and market traders across Japan. The Edomae-style sushi is expertly crafted, and the red vinegar rice (Akazu) complements the fish perfectly. Considering the high level of craftsmanship, the price is extremely reasonable! Highlights from the Omakase course (Must-try!): • Miso-simmered Tuna – Rich and packed with deep flavor. • Cured Herring (Nishin) – Perfectly balanced acidity. • 3-Piece Appetizer Platter – Mackerel, herring roe, and dried mullet roe (Karasumi) on rice cake. • Tuna Cheek – Tender and savory, almost like a tender steak! • Fresh Salmon Roe with Sansho Pepper – Unique, refreshing, and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Edomae sushi in Roppongi!
Absolutely amazing experience! The sushi was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch — the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. I can honestly say these are the best sushi we’ve ever had in Ireland! Highly recommend this place in Cork to all sushi lovers. We will definitely be back
Had an amazing time with Sushi Sueyoshi! Sueyoshi offers an omakase course featuring regional dishes and rare fish, providing a chance to explore the variety of traditional Japanese food culture. Our favorites were tuna cheeks and salted caviar. The chef also offered an insightful talk on Japanese fish markets and regions. Price: ¥11,000 with unlimited drinks (including alcohol) Reservation: recommended
I had an incredible dining experience here! It’s conveniently situated just a short walk from Roppongi Station, making it incredibly easy to reach. The sushi was simply exceptional. Every piece was beautifully presented (as you can tell from the photos!) and tasted even better than it looked. The quality of the fish was outstanding, incredibly fresh, delicate, and full of flavor, while each bite was perfectly balanced and prepared with remarkable precision. It’s clear that every ingredient is carefully selected! One of the things I appreciated most is that this is a true omakase experience. Rather than choosing from a traditional menu, you entrust the chefs to guide you through a carefully curated tasting journey. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons and the freshest ingredients available, making every visit unique! What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the team behind the counter. The sushi chefs are exceptionally talented, but they’re also genuinely warm, friendly, and passionate about what they do. They take the time to chat with guests, explain every course in detail, and share the ingredients, techniques, and inspiration behind each creation. Their hospitality makes the experience feel personal and welcoming, adding another layer of authenticity to an already outstanding meal. Whether you’re already an omakase enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is absolutely worth visiting. Every detail reflects care, quality, and passion, and it’s one of those rare places that leaves a lasting impression long after the meal is over!
