Great atmosphere, was cozy without feeling old. The staff were extremely nice and the view from the window tables were awesome. Come later and try to get a table with a view of the Tokyo skyline. The food is not 5 stars because the deserts didn't taste that good for 100+ per person. Great experience, but mostly for special occasions. Will come again if I have the chance.
