Head to the Meiji Jingu Shrine, a serene Shinto shrine surrounded by lush forest. Next, explore Harajuku and Takeshita Street, known for vibrant youth fashion, quirky boutiques, and trendy desserts. Continue to Shibuya Crossing, the world’s busiest pedestrian crossing, and see the Hachiko Statue, Tokyo’s beloved dog monument. Stop for lunch at a local eatery (not included). Your guide can recommend top local spots for ramen, sushi, vegan cafés, or fine dining based on your preferences. In the afternoon, visit Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, and stroll through the colorful Nakamise Shopping Street for souvenirs. Choose between the Tokyo Skytree or Tokyo Tower for breathtaking skyline views. Take a short scenic walk and photo stop near the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens and Nijubashi Bridge. Explore the upscale Ginza District, known for shopping and art-filled streets. Optionally, drive through Shinjuku Kabukicho to see Tokyo’s neon nightlife. Return to your hotel around 6:30 PM–7:00 PM. Day 2: Nikko – Nature, Culture & UNESCO Heritage Start your day with a pickup from your hotel and enjoy a comfortable private ride through scenic countryside and mountain roads to Nikko. Stop at the Shinkyo Bridge, the sacred red bridge of Nikko, perfect for iconic photos. Visit the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage masterpiece dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu. Explore Yomeimon Gate, the “Sleeping Cat,” and the lavishly carved halls surrounded by cedar forests. Optionally, visit the Rinnoji Temple & Taiyuin Mausoleum. Stop for lunch at a local eatery (not included). Your guide can recommend local soba noodles or yuba (tofu skin) specialties — Nikko’s local cuisine. In the afternoon, drive through the Irohazaka Winding Road, known for its 48 hairpin curves with spectacular valley views. Visit Lake Chuzenji, a peaceful volcanic lake at the foot of Mount Nantai, and walk or relax by the waterfront. See Kegon Falls, one of Japan’s top three waterfalls, and take an optional elevator ride to the lower viewing deck. If time permits, take a short scenic nature walk in the Senjogahara Marshland, perfect for photography lovers. Return to your hotel around 6:30 PM–7:30 PM.Includes
