Important Information

• Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase plus one cabin bag. Vehicle capacity:
• 7-seater: 5 pax (5x24' bags + 5 cabin bags max)
• 10-seater: 8 pax (8x24' bags + 8 cabin bags max) Please provide your correct flight details for a smooth pickup. There's a 90-minute free waiting period after your flight lands. Delays beyond this time incur a 5000JPY/h overtime fee. If you do not meet the driver after 90min and we are unable to contact you, our driver have the right to leave with no refund. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, let us know at least 24h prior. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. We schedule pickups based on your flight's landing time. If you specify a pickup time, driver will only wait for 30min. ------------------------- Hotel Pick-up Info: For hotel pickups, be ready 15min prior, driver will only wait 30min for free. Schedule your airport transfer at least 4 hours before your flight for a smooth check-in process.
