Important Information

• We will send a confirmation email 2 days before your service to double-check your pick-up date, time, and location. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp the night before or on the day of your service. We do not provide driver details in advance as it may change. For airport pick-ups, select a time 90–120 minutes after landing for immigration and baggage collection. If less than 60 minutes, it defaults to 60 minutes after arrival. For City or Hotel Pick-Up: The driver will wait at your hotel or pick-up point for up to 15 minutes at the scheduled time. Tour duration is 5 hours, starting from the selected pick-up time. Time cannot be split. Overtime charge: ¥5,000 JPY per hour – Must be requested in advance; same-day extensions may not be available. Luggage Capacity: Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. For extra luggage or oversized items, please book additional seats or notify us in advance. Meet & Greet (name sign) is an add-on—select at booking.
