On the reserved date, kindly proceed to the observatory entrance and present your voucher's QR code. If you selected the 'Audio Guide Included' option, please remember to bring your smartphone and earphones on the day of the event. These are required to access the audio guide. Please note that if you do not have a smartphone with you on the event day, no refunds will be issued.
