Would you like to try your hand at making sushi? Join us on a special tour where you'll learn how to make traditional sushi from a professional chef!
Before the sushi making class, our knowledgeable guide will take you through Tsukiji Fish Market and introduce you to some important elements of Japanese culinary culture. You'll gain insight into the history and significance of sushi while exploring the bustling market. See the professionals at work and learn where all the ingredients come from.

- If you arrive late, the tour cannot be extended
No refunds will be given for cancellations or late arrivals on the day of the tour
Sushi topping cannot be changed on the day of the event. Please let us know of food restrictions or allergies before 5:00 P.M. JST on the day before your tour
Infants and toddlers are free of charge, but if they want to try their hand at making sushi, they will not receive their own sushi kit.
You will need to walk upstairs to reach the 3rd-floor classroom
Sushi-making experience may be held at Asakusa or Yotsuya, depnding on the availability of the venue. In that case, the tour will end at Asakusa or Yotsuya. The venue cannot be announced until the day of the tour
The fish market(Uogashi wholesaler market) is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and other closed market days.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate vegetarian, halal, gluten-free requests. We will try to accommodate allergy-related requests, though it may not be possible.
