Great location, convenient transportation. They offer Refa hair straighteners for rent, and complete bathroom amenities. There's a women's dressing room, which is excellent, and free tea, coffee, water, ice, and a refrigerator. The rooms are clean, with separate men's, women's, and mixed dorms. The elevator uses a card system for access to each floor, which is secure for guests. You can leave your luggage after check-out, but you must pick it up the same day. The price is reasonable. If I go to Tokyo again, I would choose to stay here again.Highly recommended.

The best hostel experiences I've ever had. Building looks modern inside and out. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Elevator access to all floors. Pods have very large beds, lightning, power sockets. Fresh towel, toothbrush and toothpaste with slippers are delivered to your pod every day! Bathrooms have hair dryers, shavers, towels complimentary, showers have complimentary body wash and shampoo. Building is quiet and easy to sleep in with A/C. You can lock your luggage before/after checkout in the lobby which is supervised at all times. The location is also great.

A dream for a solo traveler! I stayed here for 5-nights in the male only section which gave me an overall experience about the place. I personally had no problems with the noise throughout the night as everyone in my section during my stay was respectful. The accommodation had everything I needed, a comfortable/clean bed with a key lock safe to keep personal belongings, luggage storage under the bed or in the hallway (they provide a bike lock if needed), clean & spacious washrooms with separate shower rooms that are cleaned daily, and a safe environment. It is a capsule like hotel, so it has its drawbacks but speaking for me personally I just used this place to sleep, and shower. The staff is excellent as they can converse in English or in any language as they have a language translation gadget. The staff was also very respectful, helpful & welcoming which made my stay much more enjoyable! Also another huge plus is that this place is accessible to two major subway lines (Asakusa Line which goes direct to either Narita or Haneda Airports) & the Ginza line which can take you straight to Shibuya. Considering I used the Subway every day during my stay at this location, staying here was a no brainer (15-mins to Akihabara, 20-mins to the Imperial Palace, 35-mins to Shinjuku, 45-mins to Shibuya etc.). The location of this place itself is amazing, just a 15-min walk to Senso-Ji Temple, 10-min walk to a 24-hr Don Quijote and various tourist things to experience nearby. I would recommend this place especially if you are an active traveler and on a budget. 5-Stars!!!

Still the best premium capsule I've been too! Not my first time here and service is still the same. Staffs were nice and accommodating. Capsule size is big enough. Can also put luggage under your bed. I easily manage to insert my large luggage. Noise level is OK but this depends ln group of people who stays with you. Location is a plus too!

Loved my stay here. The beds are firm but comfy, plenty of space to store luggage under your bed and a lock is provided to secure it. Clean towels and slippers are left at the end of your bed everyday. Bathrooms are spotless, showers are super hot and the living room is a chilled spot to hangout. Everyone is very quiet and keeps themselves to themselves, which was perfect for me after a long flight. My first night I slept 14 hrs, that’s how calm and quiet the rooms were. There are only 12 small pods per room which are all key coded so it felt secure. Free tea coffee, microwave in the living room. There are many cafes and restaurants close by and a 7/11 and mini stop within 2 mins walk. Asakusa is a little dull. It I was there to Visist the temple for New years so this was perfect for me. It was a 5 minute walk to the station with direct trains to Narita or haneda so perfect airport connections. I would happily stay here again.
