One of the best head spa experience in my life. Booking online is very convenience (although very difficult to find a free slot, I have to cancel one meeting to come to Kuu). Every steps are perfect service and think through. From. The welcome space, the restroom, the service room, staff, service and after the service. Consultation done via Google Translate (Japanese to English ) and it flows very nice. The powder room is very convenience. Drinks after service is very nice (I tried Yuzu, refreshed!) . When I decided to leave the shop, it was rain and they gave me a new umbrella! This is the real Omotenashi. Today Hitomi san is my therapist. Will definitely come back.
Such a relaxing experience in a beautiful part of Tokyo. The massage and scalp care was incredible and my therapist Kumi was super sweet and friendly. I look forward to visiting again here as well as other locations. A self care treat well worth it!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at HEAD SPA Kuu Omotesando Branch. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The treatment itself was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. My therapist, Ishizuka Hitomi, was truly exceptional. She made me feel completely relaxed throughout the entire session and was so professional, kind, and attentive. Her technique was incredible, and she also gave me really helpful advice about my hair and scalp care, which I genuinely appreciated. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and stress-free. If you’re visiting Tokyo and looking for a premium head spa experience, I cannot recommend HEAD SPA Kuu enough — especially Ishizuka Hitomi. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I had the most incredible experience at Head Spa KUU. From the moment I walked in, the space felt so calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, it immediately put me at ease. My therapist, Imoto Miyu, was amazing. The entire treatment was deeply relaxing, and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She really focused on the pressure points on my head, and it felt so intentional and therapeutic. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during the session. This was hands down the best head spa I’ve been to. The combination of the environment, technique, and overall experience was top tier. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
I cannot recommend this place more! Booked a 150 minutes premium head spa, Sato was amazing! No issues with communicating via translation app, throughout the treatment she made sure I’m happy with the water and room temperature, massage firmness, even had a little stretching break! The atmosphere in the room made it very hard not to relax and fall asleep. Hair products smell great and my hair has never been this smooth. Will definitely come back again the next time I visit Tokyo :)
