Reviews
I stayed in the premium king room. The room was clean, spacious with sufficient room for luggages. Loved that they offer Dyson's hair dryer! The complimentary bread, pastries, and coffee were very nice, they saved me a lot of time and efforts figuring out what to eat for breakfast. The location is perfect, steps away from the Higashi-ginza station. Easy to get from and to the airport and lots of places.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel, here are some takeaways: Rooms- small but expected. Very clean and the room cleaning is timely. SERVICE- I was blown away by how kind all the staff are. Upon leaving and returning to the US, I realized I left my childhood copy of Pokemon Heartgold in the safe. The staff were very helpful in offering to ship it to me and I just got it back. 10/10 they made my trip. Location- perfect location to the Higashi-Ginza station. Try out Mitsukoshi Ginza for a lot of awesome lunch options. The Pokemon Center Dx is a quick subway ride away. 10/10
This hotel is centrally located in Ginza. The nearest train station is literally at the end of the block. The rooms are average size for Japan unless you pay for a bigger one. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The street that this hotel sits on is very quiet and has a Lawson on the corner. It’s a 8 min walk to the Tsukiji fish market. Honestly, it’s a great location.
The best hotel we stayed at in Tokyo! It's a little tight, but everything is so neat and clean. Breakfast is good and convenient. Customer service is exceptional! Mai is friendly and was very helpful in every way. My 4 year old son even asked to go back to see her, which we did twice, but she was not there. We would definitely stay here again.
