Great location near a lot of stations. The lobby is beautiful. My room and bathroom are small but walkable. Great price. Shower is good. There is a vending machine on the first floor and a place to eat. There are hangers for my clothes and multiple mirrors in my room so I can both do my makeup and view my whole outfit. Large TV but not much to watch. Bottled drinking water, shaving razor, shower caps, hair bands, indoor shoes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. provided, going above and beyond with some provided items. Very much silent noise level in hotel, too. I did order from the Dominos but my order never came; I was in lobby and was asking about front desk about my order. So maybe don’t take the TV’s recommendation about ordering from there 😅 I lost $20 from that. The front desk is kind though, and took no time at all to give me a new key card when I somehow lost mine (so sorry 😣) Do note: there is no laundry machine! There are multiple places to pay and wash around, but I’ve been washing my clothes in the sink and bathtub fine haha

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this Hotel for a total of 8 nights spread across our Japan trip. This hotel is amazing for the price and location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available before and after check-out. One employee in particular, her name is Moonshine (ムーンシャイン), stuck out. She helped us call the Fukuoka Airport and to recover our lost backpack by asking them to find it and send it to our hotel. I am very grateful for her kindness, helpfulness and effort. I hope she gets a raise. Initially I had to pay 4'000¥ to have my backpack be sent all the way to our hotel. Upon arrival of the backpack I got 2'400¥ back from the Hotel staff because the final cost was lower. I appreciate the honesty of the hotel! The rooms were quite small, however, the price I paid for this outstanding location was quite low too. Sometimes we were barely able to open our suitcase, though there is some space to store it beneath your bed. They offer cleaning service every 3rd day, but if you need one earlier, you can request one at no cost. The towels get replaced daily. They provide you with various ammenities such as disposable cups, coffee, extra tissue, disposable spoons, tea, etc. + you can take high-quality skin care at the check-in counter as many times as you want. The location is highly convenient because it is well connected with all the different districts in Tokyo by metro. Around 25 minutes to Shibuya. Just a couple of stops to Asakusa. There are plenty of convenience stores just next to the Hotel, which helped us save time too. And most importantly, the hotel is just about a 5 minute walk away from Ameya Yokochou, a famous food- and clothing market. I would definitely book this hotel again!

In-between Ueno and Akihabara, both within a 9min walk, it's a prime location for the weeb and the sophisticant of Japanese culture. Also right on the Ginza Metro Line, so you've got quick access to Asakusa and Shibuya. The rooms are well kept and the staff very accommodating. I found it very reasonably priced for its prime location.

Good location otherwise everything else is average to bad. The staffs are impersonal even when they're not busy. There's only 1 microwave the whole hotel which is located on 1st floor. There's no laundry inside hotel we had to go out even if the laundry is 2 min out it's inconvenient. Room's arrangement makes the tiny space situation worse than other budget hotels. Overall, I would not choose APA Hotel again.

My family stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our Japan vacation. It's a wonderful hotel! The staff was awesome, the rooms we stayed in were very good. The area around the hotel was super safe and had easy access to convenience stores, local restaurants, and walking distance to train stations and shopping. The rooms had nice toilets and showers. We had a super comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you!
