This hotel provided the best service out of every hotel we enjoyed during our month in Japan. The staff could not have been more polite and helpful. I left something in the room and they did everything they could so I received this parcel further on. Their contact and care was exceptional. I would 100% recommend this property.

This apartment is quite big as it almost feels like home. It is situated in a quiet street and there are a few small restaurants and shops closeby . The closest station is Tawarmachi which is an 8 minute walk or you can go to Asakusa station which is a 7 minute away. The apartment is quite big as 1 bedroom has 3 beds which has a door which you can close for privacy and there is another room which does not have a door where you can sleep on Tatami mats. If you have extra people then then can use the sofa beds in the lounge room. There is a full kitchen which you can use if you want to cook something on the stove or use the microwave to heat something up. There is also a laundry room if you want to do washing while you are there. We had the 14th floor and it the the only apartment on this floor while all other floors had to apartments each. The view from the top was quite inspiring to see every day. All staff that we came into contact during our stay were very helpful and went out of their way to assist usthe best way they could. There was one staff member who went out of their way to assist was An Semyeon? as she arranged a van to come and pick us up on our last day to take us to our next destination. There was another staff member who was very helpful also but at time did not get their name as she helped to book the van on the day for us also. On level 1 there was also vending machines that you could use to buy drinks if you were going out or for just the apartment if you did not want to walk anywhere else to buy . You could get hot tea or coffee from or cold water from near reception as well. If you are ever at Asakusa want a bit of luxury I would recommend staying in these apartments for a while and explore the surrounding area.

Top stay, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Full apartment, with nice view of Skytree from higher floors.

The room is spacious and suitable for larger families (3+ people). It’s well equipped with electronic appliances—microwave and washer/dryer—and comes with convenient utensils and cookware if you want to cook. The location is great: about a 20-minute walk to popular attractions and a 5-minute walk to the Ginza Line metro. Our staying experience was wonderful.

A great hotel for large families. The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, and plates. Everything was clean, and the furnishings looked new and well-maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided a QR code with important instructions for using the electrical appliances, food recommendations (including halal options), and other useful information. An excellent touch for tourists. We truly loved our stay here.
