Highly Recommended – Fantastic Location & Service If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep right near the Shinjuku shopping malls, this is the perfect choice. Pros: Outstanding Staff: Exceptional service from Horikoshi S.H. and Takamine Y.T.—both were incredibly efficient, professional, and reliable. Location: Perfect spot close to all the main Shinjuku malls. Value: Very budget-friendly for this area. It's an excellent, hassle-free base for just sleeping and showering while you enjoy Tokyo. Location is very close to many restaurants, but not so close that it’s disturbing to sleep at night. Stayed here with young children and it was great.
Good location - about 10 mins walk to Kabukichō where all the entertainment is. Also close to Shinjuku JR station west exit. Front desk staffs are friendly and able to communicate fluently in English. Quality self-serve toiletries amply available at the lobby. Stable Wi-Fi - able to VPN. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the bathroom clean everyday. Room is compact according to North American standard, but it is pretty much the norm in Tokyo. Elevator is compact too but not really an issue. There is a park right next to the hotel. May hear some noise in the morning from people gathering.
A very good hotel in the heart of Shinjuku, in a quiet area. The room was Japanese standard size, not very big but good enough and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was wonderful, with a friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend it for two people travelling with light luggage. The location is excellent, super close to restaurants and the city centre, which made everything very convenient. Make sure you go to the restaurant next door called Ramen Korai for at least one dinner! Such beautiful food and great people! Would definitely stay here again!
A great small hotel very nicely located in Shinjuku. It’s in a quiet area but very close to the JR East Entrance of Shinjuku Station. The service in the hotel is excellent. And special points go to the breakfast service. They serve set menus with a very delicious and healthy choice of food. They also have vegan choices. The head of the restaurant helped us very kindly because we were a large group and had an early Shinkansen departure. He opened earlier for our sake. Exceptional service!
