Reviews
The staff were extremely nice and respectful. Everytime any of them saw us, they would always smile and say hi. The rooms are small, but I see in our 2 other hotels we stayed at in kyoto and osaka are the same. So im guessing this is normal. The room was extremely clean. Like they really clean with pride. No hairs, no dust, nothing. Even the shower and bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend this place to everyone
Great service and comfort, but definitely tight quarters The setting of this hotel was fantastic and the service was not bad. I was so impressed that they provided thoughtful extras like free toothbrushes and even hair ties! The bed and pillows also felt amazing—I had a great night's sleep. However, the main downside was that the room was very small, especially the washroom. To be honest, the washroom was so cramped it felt a bit like a prison cell. Overall, it’s still a pretty good stay. If you prioritize helpful service and a comfortable bed over floor space, you will enjoy it here, but just be prepared for the tight squeeze!
We got the family room. Here 3 weeks and highly recommend getting a larger room. It was VERY spacious! The beds are hard as a rock!!! The pillows, even harder! This is no exaggeration. There is firm and then there's feeling like you're sleeping on pavement! 3 weeks. Need a back adjustment. Staff does try to accommodate. Small fridge in room, toiletries provided and room is cleaned every 3rd day. Breakfast served daily.
Stayed 7D6N as 4 adults in one room and it worked out surprisingly well. Room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed (typical Tokyo size but comfortable). Beds were good, amenities complete, and WiFi strong. Location is excellent; walking distance to Tsukiji Market, Ginza, and multiple train lines. Food and convenience stores everywhere. Staff were polite, helpful, and efficient throughout. Great value for money in Tokyo. Not spacious, but highly functional and well worth it. Would definitely stay again.
