I booked a stay at this hotel for the convenient location. I was in Tokyo for the Rugby Nations Championship. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. The public bath on the 10th floor was great (especially the cold bath). The Family Mart located on the ground floor was great as well. I will return.
We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. One of our favorite things was the amazing view of the stadium from our room—we were even able to watch the games while having dinner, which was such a unique experience for our family. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The hotel also feels very new and well maintained. We also loved having a FamilyMart on the ground floor and several food options nearby, making it incredibly convenient whenever we wanted a quick snack or meal. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was its advanced seismic-resistant structural design. Since we were traveling with our family, knowing the building was designed with earthquake safety in mind gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, modern, comfortable, and safe place to stay in Tokyo.
Great location with many metro lines nearby and convenient walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Wonderful onsen with jacuzzi and cold plunge bath. Delicious breakfast buffet - order in advance for a discount or pay full price when you arrive to eat. Easy laundry facilities - ¥800 machine washes and dries within 2 hours (no need to switch machines in between washing and drying).
Our first hotel in Tokyo and we were sad it wasn’t available for the second part of our trip when we come back to Tokyo. Small rooms like everywhere else in Tokyo but we loved this hotel. Impeccable service, extremely nice reception workers, rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you need. I loved the public bath and quickly realized how nice it is to soak in a hot tub after a day of walking around Tokyo and getting 20k steps in. The only issue could be that there’s no metro nearby but to be honest it didn’t bother us at all. We either walked to most places (30 mins to Shinjuku) or took cabs to major hubs like Shibuya to kick off the day and then always returned on foot at the end of the day. Taxi prices to and from the hotel were always reasonable (but we are from Northern Europe so used to higher prices). There are also plenty of buses (including the Hachiko community bus) running along the hotel route so lack of metro right next to hotel is IMO not a problem at all. Area around is also very quiet (maybe apart from days when they are events at the stadium like concerts but even then the fans were quiet like they usually are in Japan). Overall loved the hotel and wholeheartedly can recommend it!
This hotel shocked me. The room was very clean and very spacious and I also had an amazing view of the city. The workers here were very friendly and kind they were very helpful to. Location of this hotel is amazing it’s about a 3 minute walk from the Ginza line which was very helpful and made transportation very accessible and easy and the neighborhood around the hotel is very quiet and had many parks nearby and restaurants I would 100% recommend and I will stay here next time I come to Tokyo.
