Very good I like it a lot Everystaff is friendly especially in the restaurant. The hotel has a parking building so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. The room is spacious compare to another hotel in Tokyo. Breakfast is good.

Spacious rooms that were new, clean and well-maintained. Service was smooth and friendly. Housekeeping had great attention to detail. A bit far from the usual tourist attractions but the location itself is great for anyone looking to stay in a more calm, quiet, upscale neighbourhood in Tokyo.

Stayed 9 nights at a corner twin room. Rooms were clean, comes with a humidifier and air purifier. Bathroom and sink area were very clean. Daily housekeeping was very good, throughout the stay, noticed little or no dust in the room. Breakfast was tasty and options were good. The room always felt cosy and comfortable throughout my stay. Very few storage options on the room, open concept wardrobe and hardly any drawers. Bring your own collapsible storage if you prefer not to just leave your other clothes on top of furniture. No shelter if you arrive by taxi, you'd end up along the road and if it was raining, like when I arrived, quickly unload your luggage and run in. During the stay however, with 3 buses right in front going to Ginza and Tokyo station, Kachidoki a few minutes walk away, the location was never a problem. Nearby supermarket was a big plus for me. Reception staff couldn't speak English well, breakfast team in the other hand, were better.

Amazing Hotel, nothing to complain. Breakfast options are absolutely tasty. However if you enjoy hanging out at night and go to lively, crowded places with entertainment and shopping locations. This place is not a good option, since it's way too far from fun places like Shibuya or Shinjuku, and taxi is gonna be costly. But, if you prefer to stay in your room, enjoy calm and quietness, then it's perfect.
