Reviews
We had the most enjoyable stay with Super Premier! The hotel staff is courteous, professional and the housekeeping staff is impeccable! Very clean and the public bath was a huge perk after a long day of walking. Close by stations as well! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and toiletries too. We came for our honeymoon and of the front staff members Kham made us a sweet card.
We stayed at 4 super hotels on our recent Japan trip. This was our least favourite. It had a set take out style breakfast, with very limited options. As opposed to the excellent buffets we had in nihonbashi, Kobe, and Hiroshima Location is fine, staff super friendly, but not ideal breakfast situation. But it’s the first super hotel I wouldn’t return to for that reason
Stayed at this hotel for the second time and have been satisfied for both visits. All the shopping spots and eateries in Ginza are within walking distance and Ginza and Higashi-Ginza stations are close by. Room on the smaller side but space-efficient and perfectly acceptable. Welcome drinks in the evening and onsen bath are nice amenities, although the bathing area is small and can get quite crowded. Will definitely choose Super Hotel again in future visits to Japan.
The only things this hotel has going for them are the location and the staff. Close to many restaurants. I highly recommend breads from pain maison and the burger patty restaurant just next door. Centrally located with good access to transportation especially the direct train to haneda airport Staff was helpful and friendly. Always greeting every guest upon entering the door. Now the bad: I stayed in APA sugamo a week before I stayed here. I find a newly renovated APA hotel superior to this super hotel in every way, in terms of room view, room layout and service. My room 1303 has a lot of wasted space and not enough hanging space for two guests. Refuse bins are tiny. No bin in bathroom. APA sugamo utilizes every inch of space effectively. And they have three elevators while this hotel only has one. And it is used by housekeeping staff too. I have no idea what happens if it is broken or needs repair. The mattress here is extremely hard. Like the one I slept on at a first cabin capsule hotel. I didn’t have a single night of good sleep here. Skinny people please stay away from this hotel. You can freely choose your pillows but all of them are flat. No substantial thickness or fluffiness to them. I love the area but for this price I would choose a different hotel next time.
