Usually I don’t leave reviews, but this hotel definitely deserves one! The room had an amazing view of Tokyo tower! Also everything was perfect. They provide a bottle of water every morning and the sauna also perfect place to relax. Can’t love this hotel I will definitely be back next time for 100% sure!!

Location: At Ginza; close to shopping district and very convenient for sightseeing or shopping. Just minutes walk from subway stations. Direct line from airport to east Ginza, which is very convenient! Hotel: modern and sleek design. Has basic amenities, eg moisturiser, toothbrush, hair dryer etc. Also has public bath which is a bonus. Close to family mart and lots of local restaurants nearby. Room was a bit small but I think that’s just all hotels of this price point at Tokyo. The TV was difficult to configure as well. Service: average. Hotel staff do speak fluent english and are helpful. Requested for early check in on the day and they were only able to give us 1.5 hours in advance of check in time (this is our fault that we didn’t request this in advance) but they charged us the rate of 2 hours instead of 1.5 hours. We paid this regardless because we were really tired due to early flight. Whilst waiting at the lobby, they didn’t approach us to let us know the room was ready. Instead, we had to approach them to ask. Just feels like it’s missing that touch of hospitality. At the check in, I think they were training another member of staff so the process was slowed down. Asked them to send our baggage to our next hotel and this was done without any issue and hassle. Highly recommend to other travellers to use this service.

3rd time I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo. We love Ginza and this hotel sits in the perfect quiet spot, only 5 minutes walk away from the major Ginza action and extremely well connected to subway stations. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. The vibe in the hotel is very cosy and inviting. Made good use of the in-house on-sen which was amazing. Would stay here everytime if it's available

Before I booked it I didn’t think much of this hotel from the pictures… but I was wrong! This hotel to me was actually a great stay but the price was kinda high only because of the Tokyo marathon. Check in was nice and smooth but you have to come in at 1500 or else you’ll have to wait but they have self bag storage on the second floor. They have a nice little cafe/bar in the lobby that does have breakfast. The second floor also has a “gym” but it’s nothing fancy. They also have a public bath for both men and women. Laundry and smoking room. The room: was nice and spacious, and it even had a view of the street! Most places you jut looking at another building wall… the beds were a bit hard but that’s how I like it. The toilet is separate from the wash area so that’s always a plus. And the other usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, and a humidifier. Location: it’s close to a few things like a family mart and Lawson, the only thing I didn’t like was that it was a 17ish minute walk to the station.
