Reviews
We had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Asakusa area. Its location is excellent, with both Sensō-ji and Nakamise Shopping Street within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with luggage forwarding, explaining how to use the laundry facilities, and even providing a mobile charger adapter when needed. The hotel also provides two complimentary water bottles daily, and guests can pick up essential toiletries from the reception floor. The self-service laundry was convenient and affordable (¥500 for a medium load), while the complimentary coffee machine near reception served a decent iced matcha latte that we enjoyed several times during our stay. There is also a café attached to the reception area for guests who would like additional food and beverage options at their own cost. Additional amenities include a collection of manga and video content for guests interested in Japanese entertainment. We also appreciated having a few vegan-friendly restaurant options within a 1 km radius. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of location and convenience
Queen bed. Small room for 2 person to stay. If you have 2 big luggages, your room will be quite messy. No wardrobe, just a tiny wall space to hang your cloths. No space to walk freely. No breakfast. The only good about this hotel, at the reception you have a coffee wending machine to drink free.. unlimited drink. Their hotel staffs were friendly and speak English.
We loved Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa! The rooms were compact but comfortable. The lobby offers complimentary coffee drinks via a machine. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the train station along a road with many good food and shopping options. The highlight of our stay was the wonderfully kind and helpful team, who helped us with multiple reservations, played games with our toddler, and could communicate in seemingly any language! We would definitely come again.
Great base in Asakusa, five minutes from the temple and shopping streets and about ten minutes from the station. We had the four bed room, which were two sets of bunk beds and it was great. Decent amount of space and separate toilet and bathroom. Lovely helpful staff and we got clean towels each day which was amazing. Would recommend as a good base to explore Tokyo
We loved this hotel. Fair warning, a lot of spaces in Japan are small and this hotel was no exception. We knew this ahead of time and still felt the pain of a cramped space. With that said, the hotel overall was great. Clean, polite staff and has everything we needed. The location was also great to be on a quiet street while still being just a couple blocks away from transport, restaurants and quick stop areas. It made a great hug for everything we wanted to see and do for our 5 days in Tokyo!
