Gyopao Gyoza Shinjuku
Tokyo
レビュー
A hidden gem in Shinjuku - staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations for the food. I shared a number of dishes with a friend and they were all delicious - would recommend the fried dumplings and the spicy gyopao in particular! Thanks so much for a lovely meal 🌟
Very fun! We got the white paitan chicken soup and the meat steamed dumplings, everything was incredibly simple but so delicious. I will absolutely come back here again when I visit Japan in the future! Don't forget to spin the wheel!
We found this place on a whim when we left the train station. Just a 5 minute walk from the station. You have to go up to level 3F. And we were not disappointed. Everything we had was delicious. The staff was super knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend the ginger highball, malatang soup dumpling, chicken soup dumpling, fried mini dumplings and assorted steam dumplings. Our all time favorite was the malatang soup dumpling.
Very delicious food overall with top-tier service. The amount of food for the price was a bit low but fully expected given the convenient location of this restaurant. The soup dumplings were very delicious and well-made. I thought the fried spring rolls were a bit oily. The steamed dumplings were also very good, and I appreciated how foreigner-friendly this restaurant was as one of the waiters even came out while I was waiting in line outside the door to offer recommendations for first-timers. Much appreciated and will definitely be returning to try some of their other menu items.
My wife and I had the all you can drink and meal set for 2 hours. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Making sure foreigners and native speaking Japanese customer felt welcome and taken care of. The food was amazing! we had the seasonal vegetables, the signature soup dumplings and soupy rice, small fried dumplings, fried spring rolls and the soft tofu pudding with brown sugar syrup for dessert. Easily one of our best meal experiences in Japan!
