I visited Maison Narukami in Yushima. This restaurant offers a course meal that fuses Japanese and French cuisine, and every dish is carefully prepared, allowing you to fully appreciate the quality of the ingredients. Rather than being flashy, the flavors are refined and enjoyable. The delicate touches of Japanese cuisine combined with the depth of French cuisine left me completely satisfied. The restaurant has a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect for a leisurely meal or a special occasion.
The interior of this renovated old house is a high-quality space where Japanese charm harmonizes with a modern atmosphere. There is a warm, yet pleasantly tense atmosphere, which builds anticipation for the food. The course consisted of seasonal dishes that combine Japanese and French cuisine, and many of the dishes were visually impressive. The meal ended with yellowtail rice, which left us feeling relaxed and calm. The Mont Blanc dessert was also exquisite 🌰
Tucked away on a slightly dubious (lol) alley in Yushima is a restaurant in the style of an old Japanese house. I used their lunch course to celebrate a close friend's birthday. The chef, though unassuming, had a warm personality and his passion for cooking was evident. I was particularly impressed by his cooking technique. The vegetables, meat, and fish were all fragrant and perfectly cooked. The course included seasonal ingredients such as saury, fresh salmon roe, and figs, allowing us to truly feel the season. They also prepared a lovely dessert plate, making it a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean and the counter seating was quiet. The service was also very pleasant. I would love to visit again.
