There’s not much to say, incredible experience, worth the price (37000¥ for 2 people). The chef pays attention to every small detail when preparing the dishes, and each dish of the course menu is very different from the other, both in terms of ingredients and their preparations. Here you’ll find Japanese tradition at 360 degrees, from vegetables to fish to meat, all meticulously and skilfully cooked.

We had an excellent dinner experience at Shokudo Uyuki. Everything was well-prepared and well-balanced. We were very impressed by the chefs cooking skills. One of the best meals we had on our trip to Japan. We are a family of four with two adults children and had the restaurant by ourselves. Felt luxurious.
Wonderful experience! The chef explained all the dishes in English which highly enriched the evening. It’s a cozy, counter-only spot where the hospitality is just as memorable as the delicious food.
