Located in the stylish district of Ginza, Pizzeria Trattoria Vomero Higashi-Ginza offers a taste of southern Italy in the bustling city of Tokyo. This eatery is known for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, skillfully crafted by expert chefs using a wood-fired oven that anchors the first-floor dining area. Each pizza promises a perfect balance of light, crispy texture and satisfying chewiness, owing to a meticulously prepared dough.

I really enjoyed my meal at Pizzeria Trattoria Vomero Higashi-Ginza. The clams in white wine were a standout to start, and the fried seafood was also a nice choice. I also tried the gnocchi with cheese and the daily special risotto, and both felt like solid, comforting dishes. A very satisfying Italian dinner overall.
I got lucky and was able to get seated without a reservation, but I was third in line 20 mins before they opened. I had the pizza, the cheese gnocchi, and the tiramisu. All were very good! It’s a cute little Italian cafe looking place also. In terms of traditional style pizza, this place lands in my top 3.
I came with my colleagues and we ordered the all you can drink course. The food was absolutely amazing! Olives - there are 3 types and they all taste so different. Ham and salami was also so delicious. The carpaccio was also so fresh and well seasoned. I love the variation they have for these dishes, and at this point we were also quite satisfied. Bruschetta was perfectly toasted, topped with refreshingly sweet fresh tomatoes. As main dish, we had some meat dish, I didnt have a picture but I remember it was very good. We also had pasta with clams, and we were quite full at this point. But I think the pizza was really the highlight. We had 7 people and we got 3 pizzas with 3 different flavors. They had good size, must be over 30cm. The crust was thin but holding integrity. The topping was so generous too. It was all so so good, and must be one of the top pizzas I have had in Tokyo. As my belly was exploding, we had dessert coming out, which was dark choco and pistachio gelato. They are smooth, rich and not too sweet. The staff was good. Busy but we got what we need. Overall I had an amazing experience and hope to come again for the pizza.
I literally had one of the best pizzas (definitely in top 3) of my life here. What's more is, the tiramisu that they serve here is by far the best that I have ever had in my entire life, comparing even with the ones that I had back in Italy and I am not the only one who thinks so. We loved this place so much (in the cheerful September nights of Tokyo in 2025) that we came here with my friends two nights in a row, in our last couple of nights in Japan! 🍮 🍕 I will definitely come by again, if I'd be visiting Tokyo-Ginza once more.
Amazing experience. Ended up going twice on our two week trip. Please do not blow this place up on TikTok or Instagram. I want to be able to come back. It’s busy and you basically need a reservation. You can get lucky and get in without one but don’t expect to be sat if there isn’t room. Keep this place a secret from tourists so the locals and people who actually like food can keep enjoying it. 10/10 pizza better than any of the trendy places on social media. Service is amazing.
